What is PEMF
Stated simply, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy is like exercise for your cells. During a session, gentle electromagnetic pulses stimulate your body, helping your cells absorb nutrients more effectively while providing a calming and restorative experience for overall wellness. This process energizes your cells, supporting peak performance and natural recovery.
While the idea of a charge passing through your body may sound extreme, PEMF is applied at a very low frequency, and the magnetic field strength is adjusted for your personal comfort. The session is not painful — most participants feel a gentle pulsing sensation and, occasionally, slight muscle twitching.
PEMF therapy supports a variety of benefits, including enhanced recovery from muscle fatigue or injury, improved cellular function, and overall wellness. Many clients also report increased energy, better focus, and a sense of balance following sessions.
What To Expect From Your First Visit
Your first session begins with a conversation about the physical challenges you’d like to address and the goals you hope to achieve with PEMF therapy. Some concerns may show improvement after just a few visits, while others may benefit from a longer, more consistent regimen.
During a 60-minute session, you’ll experience gentle pulsing using one of our full-body PEMF accessories, such as the Pulse PEMF bed or Pulse PEMF chair. While the full-body accessory may be used for the entire session, certain areas may require more targeted treatment. For this purpose, we offer additional accessories that can be used independently or alongside the bed or chair to concentrate therapy on specific areas of concern.
